Applying for Reimbursements
If you had to pay for a medical service that is a covered benefit under your insurance policy, claim and get a reimbursed by completing the online claim form and click on Submit a Claim.
Provide a copy of your receipts, and the bill from the provider where it shows your payment and the condition that was treated . Providing the correct documentation will expedite the processing of your claim.You must keep the original of all documents for auditing purposes.
