Benefits of staying in-network
Providing access to cost effective, quality care is Global Excel’s primary focus. In the USA, physicians and hospitals are typically affiliated with a particular network, which is explained in more detail in our Get to Know my Local Healthcare System page.
Visiting an ‘in-network’ provider benefits you as the provider will typically not require payment up front (unless there is a co-pay or deductible), and they have already been vetted for both cost and quality.

- When booking an appointment, inform the provider that your insurance is covered through the Aetna PPO network identified on your personalized benefit card.
- If the provider wants to verify eligibility, they should call Global Excel at 1-855-200-0837

- Bring your personalized benefit card with you on the day of your visit.
- Care covered by your insurance will be directly paid to the provider. There may be a portion remaining to pay depending on the level of cover.
